SlackMaGirdle is a Border Morris Side with a Steampunk twist. We are a mixed gender side - and all are welcome to join us. All ages welcome, but under 16 year olds need to be accompanied by an Adult . Beginners are always welcome. No kit needed for practice; just enthusiasm.
We choose our dances from the English borders - traditional and modern, but we are completely open to dancing in other styles and with music from far and wide. Our ethos is "Smiles on the faces of the Dancers. Smiles on the faces of the Musicians, and smiles on the faces of the people that watch us! - foot tapping an added bonus!"
